Josephine'S Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken cutlets
Pepperidge Farm seasoned herb stuffing mix
16 oz. sour cream
3 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 stick butter or margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Thin cutlets and pound; salt and pepper.
In one bowl, mix sour cream and chives.
In another bowl put stuffing mix.
Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Dip cutlet into sour cream mixture to coat it good on both sides.
Then dip in stuffing mix on both sides.
Roll it up and line it up in the casserole pan.
Melt butter and drizzle across top of roll-ups.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered.
