Basic Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut Crisco until flour and salt mixture; blend well.
    Beat egg.
    Add cold water, vinegar and vanilla.
    Blend all ingredients together, mixing well. Makes 3 pie crusts.
    This pastry freezes well.
