Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
Preparation
    Melt the stick of butter.
    Brown the onion in the butter.
    Put the browned onion and drippings into a casserole dish.
    Add beef consomme and 1 can of water.
    Add rice.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
