Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour cake pans.
    Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In large bowl with electric mixer, blend butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Stir in zucchini and vanilla; mix well.
    Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with flour, 1/3 of milk at a time.
    Blend well after each addition.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out.
    When completely cool, frost. Makes two 9-inch rounds.
