Ingredients

6 medium-sized potatoes (raw)
2 Tbsp. flour
milk
salt and pepper
parsley (optional)
onions (optional)
Preparation

Peel the potatoes; grind or grate them and drain them in a colander.
Stir in the flour and milk to make a thin batter and add salt and pepper to taste.
Parsley and onions may be added. Fry them in a well-oiled, hot skillet.
