Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. fat
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut fat into flour.
    Beat the egg with sugar and add to the milk.
    Add enough of this mixture to the flour to make a soft dough.
    Roll 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut with large biscuit cutter. Brush each biscuit with fat and fold 1/2 over the other as for Parker House rolls.
    Brush the tops with the remaining egg and milk mixture.
    Place on a baking sheet.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
