Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Parboil chicken, cool and cut into small pieces.
Line bottom of dish.
Mix soup, sour cream and onion.
Spread over chicken. Melt butter, crumble crackers and mix with butter and poppy seed. Sprinkle over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
