Chicken And Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag white rice
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    2 lb. filleted chicken breast, chopped
    salt to taste
    5 qt. water
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add chicken; let boil for 15 minutes. Add celery; boil 5 more minutes.
    Add salt and rice.
    Reduce heat; simmer until rice softens.
    Great boost for winter colds.
