Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunk style peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large size electric skillet.
    Set control dial at 300\u00b0.
    Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn off skillet.
    Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended.
    Turn into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Cool before cutting.
    Yields about 2 pounds.
