Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
bananas (sprinkled with lemon juice)
fresh or canned pineapple, sliced and drained
maraschino cherries, cut in half
mandarin oranges, drained
kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. orange marmalade or apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice cookie dough as directed on package. Arrange slices in bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
