Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 1 1/2 lb. salmon fillet, skinned and chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients. Form into 6 patties. Chill at least 2 hours. Fry in small amount of olive oil over medium heat until cooked through and brown on both sides.
