Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. grated squash
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/3 to 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. grated coconut (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
