Peach Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 c. peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
2 sticks whole cinnamon
6 c. sugar
1/2 pt. vinegar
1 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Make spice bag of 3 spices.
Put all in a large pot and cook until thickened.
Remove spice bag.
Put in jars and seal with paraffin.
