Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. or 6 1/4 lb. ripe tomatoes, peeled and cored before measuring
    2/3 c. white onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. vinegar
    5 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Put tomatoes
    and
    onions through food chopper. Add all other ingredients
    and
    boil
    2 hours or until thick, stirring frequently to prevent scorching.
    Pour into sterilized jars to within 1/2 inch of top.
    Put
    on cap, screw band firmly tight. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.
    Yields 5 to 6 pints.
