Placzak (Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm milk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    8 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    To warm milk, add yeast, 1 cup flour and 4 tablespoons sugar. Put in warm place with no draft to raise.
    Put together remaining milk and butter.
    Heat until butter is melted.
    Pour milk and butter mixture in a large bowl.
    Add eggs, remaining sugar, flour, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla.
    Mix together well.
    Add yeast mixture and gently fold in.
    Cover and let raise 1 1/2 hours. Divide batter into 3 well-greased medium bread pans.
