Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 orange
2 Tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raw cranberries, chopped
Preparation

To juice and grated rind of one orange, add butter and boiling water to make 3/4 cup.
Add with one beaten egg to dry ingredients.
Add chopped nuts and cranberries, chopped.
Mix well.
Pour in greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
Store in refrigerator (wrap in foil).
