Cheese Strata(Serves 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
12 slices white bread
pinch of salt and pepper
3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole with margarine.
Trim bread and place in dish.
Cover with cheese.
Cover with 2nd layer of bread. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over bread and cheese in dish, letting soak.
Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until puffy.
Serves 10.
(A good brunch dish.)
