Pork Chop And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 pork chops
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (180\u00b0C).
    Scrub potatoes and slice thinly with skins left on.
    Place in casserole.
    Add salt and pepper. Toss lightly with fork.
    Place oil in frying pan and brown pork chops over medium heat.
    Remove chops from pan and place on top of potatoes.
