Buttery Cinnamon Skillet Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sweet cream butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 medium cooking apples
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Stir in sugar and cornstarch.
Mix well and add water, cinnamon and apples (cut apples in half and core, unpeeled).
Cover and cook until apples are soft.
Spoon sauce over apples occasionally, 12 to 15 minutes.
