Quahog Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. quahogs, chopped
2 eggs
2 c. Jiffy baking mix
pepper to taste
quahog liquor
butter

Preparation

Mix all together.
Drop into hot grease by mixing spoonful. Fry, turning once.
Serve with butter.
My wife and I eat this many.
