Spicy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 (1/2 to 3/4-inch) loin pork chops
    vegetable oil
    1 large onion, peeled and sliced
    1/2 to 3/4 bottled barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Brown chops in hot oil.
    Put a layer of onion in bottom of greased 2-quart casserole.
    Arrange chops over onions.
    Cover with remaining onions.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, covered, 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve on plain or parsley buttered rice.
