Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 can chicken broth
    6 pork chops
    oil
    6 c. sliced potatoes
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and set aside.
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour in broth and boil 1 minute.
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, spray Pam.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Put pork chops on top of potatoes.
    Pour broth mixture over chops.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover the last few minutes.
