Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke crowns
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper and oregano
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Drain artichokes; put small amount of marinade in frypan.
    Add onion and garlic to frypan; saute until limp.
    Chop artichokes. Add all ingredients.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Top with Parmesan, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, until set. Cool; cut into squares.
