Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large yellow squash
    1 onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except crushed crackers.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
