Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large firm mushrooms (fresh, whole)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions until tender. Squeeze out all water.
    Set aside.
    Twist out stems of mushrooms and chop fine and saute in small amount of butter.
    Add small amount of minced onion and saute; add bread crumbs and cheese. Stir mixture.
    Dip mushroom caps in melted butter.
    Stuff caps with mixture; will be rounded on top of mushroom.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
