Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
1 pkg. coconut pudding
Preparation

1st Layer:
Mix flour, butter and nuts.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
