Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    chopped green onions
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into cubes.
    Toss lightly with cornstarch in paper bag.
    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet; add chicken and garlic.
    Stir-fry until chicken is lightly browned.
    Add soy sauce, vinegar and water.
    Cover.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Uncover; add onions (and cayenne pepper, if desired).
    Heat 2 minutes longer. Serves 4.
