Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter or salad oil
1 egg
1 apple, finely chopped
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Set aside.
Sift all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add milk
mixture to flour mixture. Stir just until flour is dampened. Adjust milk as necessary to achieve heavy cream consistency. Cook in a nonstick skillet.
