Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    16 oz. can chicken broth
    1 large box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
    celery (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper; drain well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix rest of ingredients; add to sausage mixture. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 until not real juicy.
