Swedish Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, cream together sugar sugar and eggs.
    In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking soda.
    Slowly add flour to egg mixture, mixing thoroughly. Blend in vanilla; fold in pineapple and nuts.
    Pour batter into an ungreased 10 x 15-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes. (Caution--do not overbake.)
    Spread icing over hot cake and serve.
