Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 stick butter
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    1 large (40 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. cooking wine
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Combine all ingredients; slow cook in crock-pot.
    Serve over rice or spaghetti.
