Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
3 c. cold milk
2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
Cool Whip for topping
Preparation

Mix flour, margarine and nuts like pie dough.
Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
While crust is baking, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Spread mixture over crust while still warm.
Mix milk and lemon pudding together. Spread over top of cream cheese mixture.
Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
Serve in squares.
