Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box powdered sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, stir the sugar, milk and vanilla together until partially blended (mixture is too stiff to thoroughly blend in all dry ingredients).
    Put butter over top in center of dish.
    Microwave on High power for 2 minutes or until butter melts.
    Add peanut butter and stir vigorously until mixture is smooth.
    Pour into 8-inch square dish.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 36.
