Buttermilk Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising buttermilk corn meal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Puritan oil
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into well-greased pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
