Deviled Eggs(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1/2 tsp. cream-style horseradish
Preparation

Halve eggs lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash yolks.
Add cottage cheese, skim milk and horseradish; mix well.
Then return to halved egg whites.
Top with sprinkle of paprika or dry minced parsley.
Makes 12 servings.
One serving equals 48 calories or 1 lean meat exchange.
