Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 egg, separated
    1 tsp. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend sugar, egg yolk and lemon juice until smooth.
    Add cheese and vanilla. Spread 1 package of crescent rolls in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pinch seams together.
    Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over rolls.
    Top with remaining package of crescent rolls. Mix egg white with 1 teaspoon water.
    Brush on top of rolls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
