Wontons For Soup Or Frying - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. wonton skins
    1 lb. chop meat
    4 scallions, minced
    8 water chestnuts, minced
    2 c. spinach (cover with boiling water for 1 minute, drain and mince)
    1 small onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 egg, beaten (on side)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except wonton skins and egg. Take each wonton skin, coat all 4 edges with egg.
    In center put about teaspoon filling.
    Fold over in triangle, sealing all edges, take both ends, dabbing one end with egg and fold together forming a \"crown\" or wonton.
    Make sure meat filling is firmly sealed within.
