Ecuadorian Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 small tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 small bunch cilantro
1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
2 small bell peppers
hot pepper sauce
2 tomatoes
2 medium onions (substitute bunch of green onions)
4 to 5 sprigs cilantro
2 to 3 small bell peppers
lemon juice
Preparation

Blend in blender the first 6 ingredients.
Chop and add to mixture the remaining ingredients.
Squeeze in lemon juice to taste.
Add 2 to 4 drops of hot pepper sauce for zest.
