Pumpkin Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. powdered sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (30 oz.) can solid packed pumpkin
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    gingersnap cookies
Preparation
    Mix together the powdered sugar and the cream cheese until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients.
    Serve in a hollowed out pumpkin.
    Eat with the gingersnap cookies.
    Yields 7 cups.
