Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can tomato juice (46 oz.)
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 (15 oz.) cans beef broth
    5 c. assorted veggies *
    4 or 5 potatoes
Preparation
    *Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, etc., may be used.
