Easy Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 to 2 c. Spanish peanuts
Preparation
    Use nonstick electric or iron skillet.
    Heat margarine in skillet, medium heat, until melted.
    Add sugar.
    Stir constantly until sugar mixture is all melted and turns brown and runny.
    Turn off heat and quickly stir in peanuts.
    Pour onto cookie sheet. Let cool, then break into pieces with back of table knife.
