Cream Cheese Tarts(Very Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
    2 eggs
    vanilla wafer cookies
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients until smooth and creamy.
    Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of 18 cupcake tins (use silver tins; I use custard cups and pot pie tins).
    Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Put cherry or blueberry pie filling on top.
