White House Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. cooked, diced chicken
    2 pkg. or 1 1/2 bunches fresh broccoli
    2 cans (11 oz. each) cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small box corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli spears until tender-crisp.
    Drain and arrange in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with chicken, then with mixture of undiluted soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice.
    Top with dry corn muffin mix.
    Top with cheese.
    Slice margarine over the top.
    Sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
