Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 fresh pears, pared, diced or sliced
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. margarine
    spices (your choice)
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Sprinkle pears with lemon juice.
    Mix sugar, lemon peel and flour.
    Stir into pears.
    Pour into crust.\tPut margarine and spices
    on\ttop
    and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Place grated cheese on top.\tReturn to oven until cheese melts.
