Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) can Swanson premium chunk white chicken, drained
1 1/2 c. cut up mixed strawberries, peaches and nectarines
1/3 c. vanilla-flavored low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice
Preparation

In a bowl combine chicken and fruit.
Arrange on lettuce-lined plate.
Mix yogurt and orange juice; drizzle over chicken mixture. Garnish with sliced cantaloupe.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups or 2 servings.
