Raisin Cheese Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In a bowl, mix soft butter with brown sugar. Blend in flour. Add raisins and chopped nuts.
Measure 1 cup of mixture into bottom of greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until golden at edges.
Cool slightly.
