Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 (12 oz.) carton creamed cottage cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.
Combine biscuit mix and onions in a small bowl.
Combine 2 eggs and milk; pour into biscuit mix.
Stir only until mixture is moistened.
Spoon half the batter into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Spoon on cheese mixture.
Top with remaining batter.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
