Mil'S California Blend - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broccoli
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. cauliflower
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and cut fresh garden vegetables.
    Place vegetables in large pan with 2 cups cold water.
    Bring to boil.
    Turn heat back and cook until tender.
    Drain.
