Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in water; heat cottage cheese until warm.
Put everything in bowl except flour.
Add warm cheese.
Gradually add flour until dough is stiff.
Cover and let rise until double, about 1 hour.
Punch down dough.
Put into a 1 1/2 to 2-quart (8-inch) round greased casserole.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
After baking, spread with butter and salt the top.
