Seven Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Place over double boiler and cook. When mixture starts to boil, use an electric mixer and beat for 5 minutes.
